2. Purpose of Data Processing
The personal data provided will be stored in our “Clients” and “Prospects” databases and will be used for the administrative and commercial management of tour bookings, invoicing, and the sending of advertising materials (with prior consent).
3. Data Transfer
The Client authorizes the transfer of their data (name, passport number, nationality) to Peruvian government entities (Ministry of Culture of Peru, SERNANP, MINCETUR) and to our strategic providers (hotels, train companies) exclusively for the execution of the contracted services.
4. ARCO Rights
The data owner has the right to exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO). To do so, they may send a formal request to our email address at info@sisaperutours.com or submit it physically at our registered address.
5. Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations (e.g., accounting requirements).
