The experience begins with pickup from your hotel in Cusco’s historic center or Plaza Regocijo. From there, we travel south through scenic Andean landscapes, leaving behind the traditional tourist routes and heading toward the remote Ausangate region.
Transfer to Ausangate Base Camp
During the journey, we pass through high-altitude villages and breathtaking mountain scenery. Ausangate, the fifth highest mountain in Peru, dominates the horizon and marks the beginning of an unforgettable adventure that combines nature, spirituality, and adventure tourism.
ATV Adventure in Ausangate
Upon arrival, you will receive a safety briefing and a short practice session before starting the ATV ride. The route follows ancient trails, open valleys, and high-altitude terrain surrounded by alpacas and dramatic landscapes.

Andean Ceremony — Spiritual Connection
At a sacred site facing Ausangate Mountain, we pause to take part in a traditional Andean ceremony. A local Andean master leads the “Despacho” ritual, an offering of gratitude to Pachamama.
You will learn about the symbolic use of coca leaves, the Andean principle of Ayni (reciprocity), and participate in a moment of reflection, energy cleansing, and spiritual connection in one of the most powerful locations in the Andes.
Lunch & Return to Cusco
After the ceremony, we descend to the community of Hanchipacha, where we enjoy an organic buffet lunch prepared with local ingredients. This is a perfect time to relax, reflect on the experience, and connect with Andean culture before returning to Cusco.
